Here it is! The short film was premiered yesterday on Element Eden’s website. After watching it, I feel so honored to have been part of such an inspiring brand that is backed by so many awesome girls. Also, beginning December 8 thru February 9, “Behind the Seams” clips will launch Thursday of every week, in conjunction with a weekly Facebook contest to win a one of a kind piece of Advocate art (various clips will feature the private launch event, making of the video, Advocate/designer interviews, etc.) So don’t miss out!

The Story of Element Eden
After working for Billabong for the past two years, Element has been a brand that I’ve grown to love for their products and as a company. I’m very excited to announce that Element Eden will be premiering their short film “Eden: The Story of Element Eden” on December 1st. “The film captures the story of Element’s women’s apparel brand, it’s family, Advocate program and vision to inspire girls on their own unique paths. The film itself was co-directed by Amber B Dianda http://amberbcreate.com/ and Kirk Dianda, who documented all the products and personalities behind the brand. To string the story along, Amber created a set of handmade stop-motion animations that not only help tell the story of Eden, but also represent the brand’s quirky personality while detailing creativity and fashion. Watch the trailer here.
Daydream Lily X Element Eden
This isn’t the first time Element Eden has collaborated with Liss from Daydream Lily for an exclusive collection, but I must say, I can’t help but want every piece of it. The collection is inspired by afternoon tea parties, curling up and reading a good book and just an all over feminine and vintage feel. What really caught my eye about this collection is that one of my favorite artists, Charmaine Olivia, has her “tea pot silhouette” featured on the memory lane tee (shown above). The collection is available in stores now, so get it while you can!
